A study in creating sculptures that mimic the sinewy musculature of the body. This is the second and most successful of the series, focusing upon that of a hand. The tension of the handmade tied ropes changes depending on the depth of their placement, getting tighter as then are closer to the skeletal center, and thin and loose inside to mimic nerves and veins. Viewers are encouraged to pick the sculpture up and squeeze it. Materials: Sisal rope, yarn rope, cassette tape, dental floss, hair, sticks, cardboard, cigarette butts, a disposable mask, and one metal fork (for balance)
